The scope of this symposium ranges from fundamental research to translational research. The goal of the this conference is to bring together the key members of biophotonics international community to present their latest research and to discuss future research plans, collaboration, exchange of ideas, plan visits to other labs and public engagement events. The meeting will cover specifically, but not limited to, light-tissue interaction, nano-photonics, neurophotonics, bioimaging, sensing and detection, multi-modal methods, theranostics and ethically aligned design of biophotonics instrumentation.
